I had sent a courier (no:[protected] via Akash Ganga Courier Ltd in Jhunjhunu on 30/01/2016.

I had given the complete address details and till date the courier has not reached. I have contacted the courier company in jhunjhunun. They are saying that I should contact in Delhi.I have been visiting the office everyday and the person at the office keep saying that his elder brother runs the office and he is not present. This is happening from last 3-4 days. When I ask for his number he says his brother has forgotten his mobile. When I ask them to talk to Delhi office they say it's not our duty. Who's duty is this? Whom should I contact? This office is very poorly managed and should be shut down and people managing this office should be booked for seriously offending customers.
