Dated:[protected] Date of Incident : 28/10/2020 & 29/10/2020. Time of Incident : Between 11.30AM to 02.30 PM. ICICI ATM Booth location : Opposite to RTC Bus depot / Amba theatre Mehdipatnam. ICICI ATM Booth ID No : SICNP656. Credit card used for transaction: Credit card received from Canara Bank Mehdipatnam. Description of the incident : This is regarding ATM transactions carried out by me (Akber Syed Sharafatullah ) on ICICI ATM ID No SICNP656 Booth at Mehdipatnam hyderabad opposite Amba theatre. The incident happened for two days 28th & 29th October’2020. The ATM ID No SICNP656 was used on 28/10/20 to withdraw an amount of Rs 6000.00 by using canara bank credit card, no receipt from ATM and no cash received and the machine got hung for long and finally transaction was cancelled and unsuccessful. Again next day 29/10/2020 I tried to withdraw the same amount of Rs 6000.00 at ICICI ATM ID No SICNP656 station by using canara bank credit card, no receipt from ATM and no cash received and the machine got hung for long and finally transaction was cancelled and unsuccessful. Twice I faced the same situation and total amount of Rs 12, 000.00 not received to me from the said ICICI Bank ATM. On 03/12/2020 I received the canara bank credit card statement showing the two days transactions debited to my account with the bank charges which was Rs12424.00. These transactions are unsuccessful from ICICI ATM No SICNP656. I immediately written email to canara bank Mehdipatnam stating that the statement is wrong needs corrections as my transactions on 28th & 29th Oct’2020 are unsuccessful. Several reminders had been written to canara bank and recently they have written to the concerned awaiting for reply to credit this amount Rs 12424.00 wrongly debited. In this connection I request the ICICI bank to kindly resolve my case and address an email to canara bank about the unsuccessful transaction please: Recon Help Desk HYDERABAD MEHDIPATNAM I had no way to find the transaction ID, as the machine did not generate any receipt. Later, I came to know that the transaction IDs are available with the customer care executives ICICI bank and can received from them.
