I am extremely unhappy with the services and over all approach and feel cheated in all honesty. This has led me to feel i made a mistake by enrolling with akkam.
I have complaint to various people at many occasions, including sumanth. I have been writing continuous emails to sumanth and trying to reach him for more than a month via phone, but no response. I'm a professional myself and can say such a behaviors from someone at high management position is uncalled for. The response that i get from your service team is also extremely disappointing and only adds up to the frustration. Request you to go through the mail trail and please advice if the reverts are satisfactory. Does it make sense to revert in a way that the customer's dissatisfaction does not matter because commitment given by sales consultant is nowhere mentioned in the service agreement.
