Sir, in above rferrred a/c of akramnawaz afzal noorani a/c no.5008696 ch.No.662358 of rs.24000 & ch.No.662356 of rs.83000 issued to muthoot finance have been returned with a reson mentioned as funds insufficeint inspite of having clear blalnce of rs.123764.95 on 3rd jan 2017 thus we were charged rs.230 by muthoot finance and moreover it has ruined my hard earned reputation with them because of negligency by your bank staff at ankleshwar .
