Dear Sir,
We Received Parcel from VRL Logistics Bhatkal office on 11/07/2022 and 09/08/2022 both the time we lost some Auto spare parts from our parcel Box. When we informed them, they showing negligence and didn't try to resolve our concern. Repeatedly two times we lost our auto spare parts (Approximately Rs. 1600/-) We asking them from last 1 month till they didn't resolve our concern. We lost our trust from VRL logistic. Bad service by Bhatkal Office. So, we trying to reach you for Help. Is VRL Logistics capable for resolving the Customer complaints for their own mistake. Waiting for solution by suffered VRL customer.
