I’m admittedly in room number 5924 as of now since[protected] from heart command centre where I was admitted on[protected] at Medanta Gurgaon
Whenever I press switch to call nursing staff, a male person from gda comes just to switch off the light of call button of nursing staff which is located on behind of the patient bed. He just comes to switch off the nurse call light and goes out.
What a sham process adopted by Medanta where in order to keep short turn around time of nursing staff to patients call a gda person comes and switches off the light and creating a wrong perception that turn around time of nursing staff is good whereas nursing staff actually comes much later
Moreover how come Medanta is allowing such unauthorised entry of a gda person in patients room
Medanta people are misleading patients for showing short tat whereas it is much much higher and worse and allowing unauthorised access to a unwanted person inside patients room
