Akshaya Centre Panayathamparamba — Excess collection charge for marriage Regn

Sir, On. 11.5.2022 I visited Akshaya centre Panayathamparamba under Muzhappala Kannur Branch PO for a marriage registration of my daughter Shima P. A, wiith Akshaya Das. P and gave receipt no: [protected]/ G 131003 dated 11.5.22 under e payment reference N: IGANOCTIF8, GST: 32AAAGK0304EIZA, for a total fee of Rs. 120/= whereas collected Service charge worth Rs 180/=.ie after collection Rs. 300/= gave a receipt fir Rs. 120/= only.. When contacted the pachayat authorities I was told to prefer a complaint against this abnormal service charge. It is also learnt that akshaya centre is collecting abnormal service charges from the poor customers and hence request proper supervision so as to curb this sort of looting. Thanking you.
