My sister in law has purchased dresses for my kids on.18th of march 2024 in akshaya cloth mart, gopalapatnam, visakhapatnam and she gifted me those dresses on 19th. But those dresses are not in proper size for my kids.. We thought of exchanging them. But we were not able to exchange them within the timelines the shop has given i. E 5days since my both the kids were down with fever one after another and the show room is also 10kms away from our house.. Today i. E 25th of march (I. E just 2 days crossed), we went to get them exchanged and explained our situation and the reason for not coming in 5 days to a lady.. The lady in the billing counter is very harsh and rude when we asked.. I can say i have never even seen such kind of worst attitude towards the customer in my whole life. She just said that it is not possible even we explained our situation. We thought of talking to the manager but they went for lunch.. She rudely said that wait till he comes and don't talk to me regarding. I was waiting for half an hour.. I have asked her for the manager no.. She called him and he told some thing.. She was continuing doing her work.. That's it.. After a while i asked her what manager told again her response was like "he asked me to exchange only one". I agreed. She called one of the sales girls and asked her to bring one dress which is small size.. She bought some thing else sleeveless dress.. The billing counter lady didn't ask me even if it is ok for me or not.. She started billing the dress. I said i didn't like that dress. She asked the sales girl to keep the dress and she didn't even tell me what has to do.. Nothing.. After some time, i asked her what needs to be done now? She again started yelling and speaking rude continuously, she didn't even give me a chance to speak... She was behaving like she has donated us the dress freely and we were trying to exchange... I want to either exchange those dresses which are not at all useful for them now or return the dresses and i want refund.. I have left my both the kids with my relatives and we have come for exchange but i faced very awful situation and i took leave for it.. It complete waste of my valuable time and my money and because of her worst behavior i had to lost my self respect too.
