Vehicle tn20as9678 was given to akshaya ford on early morning on tuesday 2nd august for problem in lg rr wheel a d viper. They assured delivery in 3 days as spares not ready with them. They do not even lift the phone or call back or intimate the delay. Till now the vehicle is not ready as some parts have not come and not sure of the delivery. I am taking the vehicle pending rectification. Very sorry state of affairs. It is our fate. Whom to blame? Advisor? Akshaya ford? Ford india? Me for purchasing ford vehicle?
