I have bought a flat in Akshaya Today, Kelambakkam, OMR, Chennai.
The quality of build is cheap and very bad.
Maintenance is nasty; there is no water available majority of the time but water leaks from the washroom's roof.
When it rains, it also leaks through the ac ducts provided that are not packed and sealed properly. This has spoilt all the woodwork that we had spent heavily on.
Any complaints to maintenance team doesn't solve the problem. They don't respond at all and when they do, they are not able to solve the problem. They blame their contractors and just give up leaving us to spend from our pocket for their cheap build quality.
When you open the washroom, it opens to the visibility of neighbors' balcony; such a bad design. Was this information helpful? |
