Aktu Lucknow — division not awarded

Sir i clear all my exams except i have only 1 back in 2nd sem. But i already give back exam recently in 4th sem .. after all i got good marks in Human values and other sub also with good CGP but still i don't rewarded for Division .. and one of my friend got lower marks as compare to me .. she have back in 3 sub still she rewarded for 2nd division ?

I have passed in all exams but DIVISION NOT AWARDED

Sir i clear all my semister except i have only 1 back in 2nd sem in the VIVA. On VIVA day i was present but marked absent becouse of some issues. Now i submit back form and fees in my 4th sem examination but from University side VIVA have not conducted because of that my Division not Reward.
