Aktu Lucknow — examination fee payment

Hello sir my name is ashvani shukla. My registration id is preern[protected].
I pay the examination fees but it says time exceeded.
It's mean transaction is faild.
But when i check my bank account then it shows that i debited 8500. But when check my fee status then it's show fee's is pending.
I want to know what i get my money back or its submit.
