Respected Sir,
Through you, I want to get some information from one of your affiliated college which is Future Institute of Engineering and Technology (FIET), Bareilly (College code 476). My queries are as follows:
(1) Is your college affiliated to AKTU? Please provide Date of affiliation granted and Affiliation no.?
(2) Whether the college follows the norms & rules and regulations prescribed by AKTU?
(3) Whether the college follows the norms & rules and regulations followed by AKTU/your college, regarding appointment of a new faculty, salary structure, mode of releasing salary of faculty (i.e. either cash, cheque, salary account transfer or by any other means), Resignation and Termination of any faculty? Please provide Rules and Regulations prescribed by AKTU regarding information sought above.When and on which designation and pay‒band (matrix level) you had appointed Dr. Ankush Mishra, as a faculty, in your college, kindly provide the copy of appointment letter issued to him at the time of his appointment?
(5) What is the tenure of Dr. Ankush Mishra’s service in FIET, Bareilly (College code 476)?
(6) Details of duties assigned by AKTU through FIET, Bareilly to Dr. Ankush Mishra, wherein he has been deputed as Observer/Invigilator during his tenure of service in FIET, Bareilly.
(7) What is the current status of appointment of Dr. Ankush Mishra as a faulty in FIET, Bareilly?
(8) If, Dr. Ankush Mishra is currently not a faculty in FIET, Bareilly, then please provide a copy of termination/ or resignation letter issued to him by college.
