Hi my name is Mousumi Mascarenhas.
I have my cargo with al mas from Dubai to India, my bill number is 13668, today I have called to check up exactly which date I am going to receive my cargo and one of al mas staff from chennai he had been so rude to answer of my quarries and he was not giving me proper answers and did spoke to me with very manners . His mobile number is [protected]. I assume now I did a big mistake by putting cargo with almas coz they are clear about their service . It's pathetic.

No al mas didn't contact me and no steps have been taken by al mas . The behaviour is seriously pathetic and not willing to help as well by listening customers problem
