Al-salaam Diagnostics Center, Mumbai.[protected] — CONCERN: Intentional Harassment & False Medical UNFIT Status By Al-Salaam Diagnostics Center

I would like to bring to your notice that I am being tortured and harassed by one of the GAMCA medical center – Al-Salaam Diagnostics Center, Commercial Premises No.01, first floor, C wing, Greenstone Heritage, Opp. Haj House, MRA road Mumbai India. We have recently established a subsidiary company in UAE (Hamriya Free Zone named as Virtuoso Middle East FZE). I, Sameer Gunjal with Indian Passport holder X4664266, is nominated as fully authorized signatory for this UAE company as Director. To complete the setup and start UAE company operation, I applied UAE resident VISA and gone through medical test at Al-Salaam Diagnostic Center on 11th July 2024.

Al-Salaam Diagnostic Center X-Ray shown “X RAY SHOWING LEFT LOWERZONE FIBROSIS/ LEFT DIAPHRAGMATIC TENTING”. So, I have consulted Al-Salaam Diagnostic Center Doctor and he suggested to consult the Pulmonologist, also called me for re-Xray on 25th July. So on the very next day, I have consulted Pulmonologist – Dr. Yogesh D. Pandharkar, MBBS, DTCD (Chest Diseases), DNB (Pulmonary Medicine) and done CT Scan too. As per Dr. Yogesh’s consultation after seeing CT SCAN report and scans, Dr. Yogesh shared that I am Fit with no symptoms of Fibrosys. Refer attached CT Scan Report and FIT Certificate.

However, without consulting attached CT Scan report, without informing me, Al-Salaam admin team updated my medical status as UNFIT before 25th July intentionally. This is surprising as I was planning to visit Al-Salaam Diagnostic Center with all CT Scan report on 25th July as per their doctor guidelines.

Now as per Al-Salaam diagnostic admin team, I have to do medical checkup after 60 days but this is pulling Investor like me to invest in UAE and expand. Single day delay is a cost to us as we have already paid all the fees of office registration and without my VISA, we are unable to start or perform any activities from our UAE office (Virtuoso Middle East FZE).

We are looking for support from Consulate o[censored]AE to remove my UNFIT status based on the reports attached and I can appear for re-Xray. However, we request you to please take necessary actions against Al Salaam Diagnostic Center for unnecessarily harassing and torturing the candidates.
