SIR, I had applied for a change in address in my PAN Card AEKPB9381B. I submitted all necessary documents in "ALANKIT ASSIGNMENTS LIMITTED" SERVICE TAX CODE (REGN. NUMBER) AAACN2082NST001, BRANCH ID. 01154, N. S. ROAD, TOLAPHATAK, Chinsurah, HOOGHLY, WEST BENGAL-712001 on 24 Jul 2014. MY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER IS [protected]. But you send me a letter dated 31 Jul, 2014 asking to submit some documents. I sent them through E-mail on 11 Aug, 2014. In reply you said that you have received the documents through your E-mail sent on 12 Aug, 2014 and wrote me that you are sending them for verification to ITD. After that so much time has elapsed but did not got the PAN Card till date. I am requesting you to send the same to my new address immediately. Thanking you Alakesh chandra Bhattacharjee
