I have ordered through instagram since they didn't provide bill and invoice number. ordered for buy 1 get 1 free 3200 upon asking I was told the product is unavailable. I paid 3200 with no other option I selected one Anarkali and one saree however i have received only the saree yet and the other product is not received and there is no information from your side evern after contacted them multiple times. This is very unprofessional and worst customer response from them if the product is not available why are they putting the story and promising the discounts when they are not able to follow professionalism. Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue asap.
