We need to protect hard earned money of such shareholders who are being cheated. This company has opened up several other companies with these fund and closed the old company being a separate identity and limited liability of directors - thus taking advantage of loophole of law of the land. Those directors are enjoying such fund being used in several other companies newly opened by them. SEBI has done their part, but in reality the company does not even care to follow SEBI's order. An appeal to every one to come forward and help please.

The founder of the company Mr. K.D.Singh is also founder of Alchemist Infra Realty (having same fate as Alchemist Holding Ltd). He is the promoter and major shareholder of Alchemist Ltd, till date a listed company in SEBI. alchemist Ltd is denying of any claim against Alchemist Holdings Ltd or Alchemist Infra Realty saying these are different company. - This is the trick they are playing with public's hard earned money.
