Alchemist Toubro — Not giving back money

I made an investment of Rs.20000 in February 10, 2006 in Toubro Holdings Limited (Application No. 532585) for 9 years through Company agent Sitanath Ghatak (contact no [protected]) through cheque (Dena Bank, Asansol Branch, Cheque 9428501 on February 10, 2006). I was supposed to get Rs. 60000 on February 2015 on maturity. The Agent said that payment is delayed as Alchemist has to pay income taxes. He told me to give bank account details and it will be credited by August 2015. I submitted all details but the amount has not been credited and the agent has switched off his mobile. The Company has not sent me any correspondence for this delay. Secondly, I made an investment of Rs. 200000 made in Alchemist Township India Ltd and wanted to withdraw this amount but the Company is not letting me withdraw this investment of Rs. 200000 made in Alchemist Township India Ltd (Application No. TA01764567, Customer Id No TL00026889, dated July 9, 2014) for 6 years. I had given my Bank details and a written notice in November 2015 but the Company has not responded.
