Debabrata ghorai invested a sum of rs.2, 00, 000/- (Two lakhs) by purchasing 10 nos. Share certificates @ rs. 20, 000/- each on 23/07/2013 from midnapore office of the company. For maturity payment all the original certifiates had been taken by the officer of midnapore branch of the company on 20/06/2016 under seal and signature on the xe-rox copies of the letters. But till now any refund is yet to credit to his bank account. Kindly advise how he can get the refund of money from the company. He has not filed any case. His certificate nos.
