Alchemist Township India Ltd — not getting maturity amount since 2 years

I can't get my maturity amount from “ALCHEMIST TOWNSHIP INDIA LTD” since 2 Years against Customer ID No. TCC0903950 . After deposit all require paper and bank details in Uluberia Branch on 01.08.2016.
My Certificate Maturity date:29.06.2016 of Rs.20000/- and certificate no.TA01545088

please register my complain and do the needful from your end.
