Pallav Vaishnav of Alchemy is a very unreliable person. I had bought Heat Pump, Water Softner and RO from him. Now within three months Softener has started leaking and Heat Pump has stopp working. Inspite several calls he keeps giving false commitments and since 3 weeks no service provided. Very Unreliable person and totally false commitment. One should surely avoid buying from this fraud person.
