This is to caution those wanting to trade in shares through aliceblue financial services pvt. Ltd., (Ab hereinafter, where one is sure to lose all his investment faster than you could image.
My client id is tm376604 and every time i paid in anything between rs.35000 and rs.50000, the money always vanished in under a week.
Before i present documents in proof of my claim, i have to state the following :.
1. Their software (All formats, be it mobile, desktop, web) frequently froze that a trader would not be able to exit the trade when it moves in the wrong direction. Sit tight and watch your losses mounting; it is as simple as that. You will not be able to contact any one in ab.
2. Most inaccessible company that you can never contact their support team or anyone in their office except to have to deal with ivr voice system.
3. More than concentrating on your trade, one has to spend more time scrutinizing the daily accounts balance. Either there will be a huge debit or double brokerages and all sorts of discrepancies. Any number of phone calls, emails would not be of help. Fortunately for me, only once i managed to catch one of their executives mr. Rajkamal on line and got back the huge amount of something like rs.94000 credited back to me. The reason he gave was ‘technical glitch’. If you do not notice and report the ‘glitch’ will also go unnoticed.
4. For this reason i stopped trading through them in september 2019 and asked for my account to be closed.
My bad time would have it that i tried to log in to my account in june 2020 to study some of the trading charts and indicators. To my surprise, i could log in and this is proof enough that ab did not close my account as confirmed by them through email.
Since the account is still alive and active, i thought i should try my fortune once again with a small amount and transferred rs.35000 on 23.6.2020. I almost lost close to rs.25000 in under 5 trading days. Well, some were my bad entries and on two occasions, their trading platforms went in to coma and with no one to be contacted (In such situations, you will not get one to take your call) i had to swallow my losses.
I am in support of my claims attach the following documents :
1. Statement of my claims to ab about double brokerage and discrepancy in credit balance.
2. Contract notes showing double brokerage charges.
3. Some of the contract notes for certain dates listed in the statement above not received, but i downloaded them from their back office.
My numerous mails and whatsapp messages are of no use. For all my efforts i made, a stone would have moved but not ab. Insensible and unethical lot.
