I am pavan bagwan alice blue franchise partner, my relationship manager mr kunal told me starting 3 month get 100% brokerage will provide.But they do not providing brokerage and continuously say mr kunal i will discuss my manager mr Griender & mr Arvind its been a long time, still no answer plz solve my issues.

Unneccessarily placing BO orders in parts so that they can charge extra fees per executed BO order.
example - I i have placed BO order for 60 quantities of ABC stock, then it will not execute all 60 at atime but it will be executed in parts. Due to this I have to pay Rs. 4 per order and I'm paying extra money to Aliceblue.

I have been following up with AliceBlue India for IFSC code change. They neither acknowledging nor updating the details.

Their BOT application doesn't allow me to update IFSC code either. I am stuck and cannot transfer my funds out.

Aliceblue taken hidden charges 2 lakh ruppe in 3 months they are big scammer stock broker in india, no customer listen they cut phone call no proper support they are also not refund my money as they deducted from my account

They don't acknowledge the amt transfered to the trading account. Do not update the account. No phone lines working where we can coordinate with staff. Emails are not answered which increases the emotions and leads us to become very upset unable to express to anyone at Alice blue.
First moment I get, will exit from aliceblue for good
I want to let others know about the working which is very pathetic no one should join it or...

Hello im Mahammad Sayad and im studying in First BCA..
In previously i referred upto 25 clients through Two sided referal program.. And also they done trading and also its eligible for referal rewards..
But today you re introducing me new terms and conditions for referals by telling to add minimum 1000 rs in every referred account.
I started to Refering after seeing your offer.. And started to refer and given to clients each 250 rs for trading to give them interest in Demat accounts like aliceblue..
So totally i spent 6000 rs for trading in my clients.. And now u changed referal system..

Now really im suffering from mental issue because of these financial matter..😞.. I taken 10000 rs loan for these referals.. Now all gone..

I need justice...🙏🥺 im really out of mind and now mind getting mental 😞

Sad to purchase this as the sales person Mr. Madhu gave me the following offer but even after 2+ months they haven't fulfilled even a single promise.

1. 10000/- Rs gift trading data free +
2. 10% profit share of the members Mr. Madhu will make other people join under my ID +
3. Prime whatsapp group member of Neotrade
4. I can switch to higher plans of neotrade in the same offer ( I was thinking this but now NOT at all after their nonsense after sale services)
5. I can get a refund of my purchase amount if I don't like this app. ( but they are not ready to refund the purchased amount)

Neo App may be good for regular traders but not for a new bee. The give fake promises including Mr. Madhu, Ms. VP of AB Ms. Vasuki and CEO of neolite Mr. Aditya.
They are ignoring things when I ask/reminded for promises.
Very very bad experience.

I jinto Paul wrongly transferred the amount from my third party account to my Demat account on 28/06/2021, after two days the amount is not shown in my Demat so I mailed Aliceblue, at that time they replied that they got the amount, debit statement with cancelled cheque copy they need for the refund so I mailed with statement and cheque copy after that they didn't reply anything, I ask the status daily but they didn't reply.
What should I do next?

Last Thursday 08/07/2021, I bought Nifty option call premium is 10 rupee strike price at 15700, closing spot price is 15727 & future price is 15735,

This matter is very serious, their app ANT-MOBI keeps getting hanged in the middle of the trade because of which traders are not able to exit their position on time and it stops working and after 15-20 minutes it again starts working and we notice that all my profits have been converted in huge loss .. The support as well as the dealing desk number, no one answers the calls, I called them many times to inform them that the app has stopped working and I want to exit my position immediately but no calls are answered . I had raised a ticket on 8th of june, I have made all the videos of apo getting hanged and no one answering the calls and I had sent these videos to them as well as their CEO sidhavelayutham mohan, I also sent these videos to him expecting a solution but instead he blocked me on whatsapp, the same issue I again faced today and again I made all videos of it and sent to them but no one responded, so the company, company employees, company CEO all are completely aap utterly useless total fraud company .. [protected] this is the number of sidhavelayutham who blocked me .. Never open your account with this broker guys, I have proof of other traders also facing the same issue and all of them have to suffer huge losses because of their app getting hanged.. Totally shameless people .. Inspite of giving them all the proofs with videos still they say that there is no problem from their end and its the problem from traders end .. Bogus company totally fraud ..
