One month ago I purchased a cricket bat (Company - ALIEN CRICKET) and shopkeeper was at his full giving postive compliments to the cricket bat that this bat will going to last long and will perform nicely. Me too came in his praise, I thought that he must be right but what happened is after 3 weeks the bat got crack from the middle which was unexpected and I took it to the shopkeeper, he charged me 150- rs for getting it repaired which I shouldn't have to pay but still I paid. Now right after one month the bat got broken right from the upper part! The shopkeeper denied to replace or give a complaint to company. Kindly help! Was this information helpful? |
