Align Media — fraud alert!!! align media (kolkata) is a fraud agency...

This is to bring to notice of all members of online community about a fraud/ cheat ooh agency named align media and their proprietor mr. Sanjoy mondal saha.

This agency is from kolkata (Address and all other contact details are mentioned below) and they are into ooh advertisement.

We worked with them last year and executed multiple city advertisement campaign for one of their client. For this campaign they got many awards (Will be sharing link of all these below). Since last sept 2018 we are following up with these people for our legit payment but all in vein. They issued us cheque which got bounced, they gave us many false commitments and dates but never stood on their promise. Now since last 1 month they stopped responding to our calls and emails and when we repeatedly called they threatened us for dire consequences.

We have filed a legal case against them for fraud and cheque bounce and soon this fraud guy will be behind bars. But its our responsibility to make people aware of such fraud people and agencies so that no one else falls prey to these cheats. That's why i am writing this online complaint and lets spread this so much that people are aware from these cheats.

Updated by surendra6833 This fraud is still on run and these days trying to gain his lost reputation through paid reviews and countering our allegations.

I am attaching proof's of his fraud along with this message. Copy of bounced cheque, Whatsapp screen shots where he is begging for time and assuring that he will clear our dues. He is a big time conman be aware of him also remain assured that we will definitely make him pay for his frauds.

Last time I checked with Sanjoy Saha Mondol, he didnt pay Surendra because Surendra's KMC advertisement taxes were due for which KMC is looking Surendra's accounts and Surendra's payment from other campaigns like MX Player, etc. are also due. Mr. Saha Mondol had paid KMC dues of Surendra worth 5 lakha inr (approx). Mr. Surendra has been booked for defamation (malicious intention in nature) (IT ACT, 2005) by Mr. Saha Mondol

Dear Mr. Proxy for Mr. Sanjoy Saha,

Please stop fooling around and coming with these silly excuses. We both are aware that there are no such dues towards us either from KMC or any other such bodies across India. And if there are dues then the concerned authority will demand the same directly from us. I have never heard more stupid excuse then this that Mr. Saha have paid 5 Lakh to KMC on our behalf... You really think people are so much fool that they will believe on these blatant lies of your fraud friend. As far as legal cases are concerned, we have filed cases of fraud and cheating against him and he will definitely have to pay for his frauds. Also I won't leave any stone unturned to expose this fraud person, If he is such a gentleman why is it that he is hiding from us. I went to meet him at his home where he hid behind his family to avoid facing me. Ask him to have guts and sit face to face if he things he is right... I know he won't do that because liers don't have guts.

I am attaching copy of legal notice sent for cheque bounce and complaint filed at New Alipore and Bangalore Whitefield police station. Its only a matter of time Mr. Fraud you will be booked soon and will pay for your frauds.

This got nothing do with with MyHoardings. I can show 10 payment receipts to various agencies.
Mr. Fraud all this is not going to help you. You are Big time exposed, I have been speaking to multiple people in Kolkata and all of them know about you and your fraud deeds. One of your colleague told me that you got fired from your previous job due to financial irregularities.

I am attaching screen shot of the same along with his comment.
All these allegations are efforts to extort money, to social defame and criminal offences

Copy of police complaint against him attached with the complaint. Please be informed that all these tactics not going to help you. We have all the proof's and communication we had with you to resolve the matter by mutual communication and consent... We have recordings of our telecon where you agreed that the issue you have with KMC is regarding the other campaign and you asked our help to resolve the same by speaking with Uber. So stop fooling around. And as far as exposing you socially goes, you deserve it as people like you don't have any reputation and they need to be exposed so that other people don't fall prey to fraud like you.

And don't get into impression that these complaints will deter us from exposing you. We will reply to all legal complaints/ communications accordingly but It won't stop us from exposing you. As stated earlier as well I am repeating that I will visit Kolkata again and do whatever you have mentioned in the complaint which I never did in the past.
