Dear Sir/Ma'am, I know if the message is submitted to the official of Alipore, they won't read it so I would like to share my whole experience for making a DL for my elder brother. As I belong to the well-educated and privileged army family background, I'm well aware of the E government policies and updates, I have my own DL without any help of 3rd person in the process from Durgapur west Bengal, Similarly I have tried to make the DL for my brother and I was shocked by the corruption level in Alipore court. I met many rude officials for no reason when they saw we have applied online they had change in attitude and denied to help, another official failed my brother in exam where a lady fallen from her scooter during the test passed and brother is pretty well in riding a bike with proper knowledge of signals. We had a chance to meet a good official who understood our suffering and shared it is impossible to make a DL here in Alipore without taking help of a third person involved and ultimately, we understood that too and paid to 3rd person to clear the process. I would like to add that we are all aware of the documents and government rules as I have past experince making it for myself in Durgapur, if it was possible in Durgapur who not in Alipore? thank you.
