Aliva Ayurveda — Complaint about ..the wrong product delivered to dinesh sunita

Res. sir ...complaint against product of aliva ayurveda at gurugram on contact no -[protected] (pooja sharma) company rep. i request to send as proposed by company, medicine for pain in leg of my wife smt sunita yadav . but as per promised by aliva ayurveda not delivered right medicine as advised ( vide invoice no-retail00255 dated 13-02-21 and order no. aa224) tag price... aliva ayurveda charge the cost rs 2500 by cash to this two numbers product but i have checked thewse two small bottle ( product) and found with damage of label shown on product and also check this online and found real price is 200 rs each only...i complaint to company members 5 or 6 times onabove contact with two or three company rep like pooja sharma, mr kunal and mr hratesh butno satisfiied and i request to again and again to solve my problem and refund my money but not yet found any solution ...i request finally withdrawl this product and refund money...victom
