I am filing this complaint against AliveCor India for the way they’ve mishandled my warranty claim for a medical device.
Told me I had to pay to ship a defective device, despite their own warranty policy stating otherwise.
Abruptly scheduled a pickup with no notice, resulting in a courier showing up unannounced and over a dozen calls during my workday.
Claimed to have shipped a replacement, but the tracking number didn’t work.
Then falsely said the shipment was canceled because I requested a refund, which was not true.
This has been a chaotic, misleading, and stressful experience. I’ve escalated the matter to AliveCor global leadership and plan to pursue formal consumer protection channels.
