On 3rd Nover 2023, I have contacted one Mr.Karan Saroha, phone number [protected], who introduced himself as area manager of All india logistics packers and movers. Through them, I have packed and dispatched my household goods from Thane west to Kerala and advance amount was paid. They have sent me a receipt by whatsapp. After 1 4 days, Karan Saroha called me to ask more money for delivery but this was over above what we have agreed and paid to him. I have informed him that additional amount may be paid once the goods are delivered, but the delivery never came and Karan Saroha stopped responding. Was this information helpful? |
