The letter states that I, Harishankar Tiwari, resident of Satna district, M.P., have a transport business. My 16-tire body vehicle, vehicle number MP19CH7957, ran out of diesel at Jaisingh Nagar. The driver of my vehicle, Rajkumar Upadhyay, went to collect diesel from the Indian Oil pump being operated under the name Sudha Fuels at Jaisingh Nagar, but the employees of Sudha Fuels said that diesel is not available and cannot be provided. On the other hand, diesel is being given to others. When my vehicle driver spoke to the owner of the pump, the owner said that diesel will not be available and if it is, a higher price will need to be paid for it. Sir, Sudha Fuels is arbitrarily refusing to provide diesel and is engaging in illegal monopoly practices. Was this information helpful? |
