Recently came across a fraud/scam from a travel agency named "All India Travel". They shared the itinerary and all details and spoke very politely before asking for advance. When the advance was paid they kept asking for more advance all the time and that is when I realised that they were fraud. This was the worst experience I have ever had and would highly recommend not to deal with "All India Travel" and fall into their trap. The lady called me so many times over WhatsApp and phone before the advance was paid and then completely changed the tone once the advance was paid.
Their plan is pretty simple,
- Take mobile number from platforms like Hello World etc
- Once they have your mobile number they will reach out to you on whatsapp.
- Check the destination you are looking for and provide itinerary to you
- The itinerary and details would be very matching to other travel agencies
- They will give you some discount and make sure they are the cheapest and ask you to pay advance
- Depending on the trip and headcount this advance is typically in the range of 20-50k.
- Once the advance is paid they will keep asking for more advance every day to make further arrangements and bookings.
- If you pay them then they will be polite but if they feel you have now realised that you are scammed they will change the tone.
- Repeatedly they will ask for more advance and at one point when you ask them for refund, they will send you the company terms and conditions document which says advance is non-refundable.
- This fraud/scam is going on for quite some time and they have scammed hundreds if not thousands for lakhs of rupees.

This is a fraud travel company with the name of "All India Travel". They give tour options like any other travel agency and make sure they seem competitive with other agencies you are comparing. There are only 2-3 people behind this scam where the lady (+[protected] speaks with you and explains the entire package neatly and is in continous touch with you over whatsapp/phone calls.
As usual, they would ask you to transfer some amount as advance to go ahead with hotel, car bookings etc. This amount usually varies from 10k-50k depending on your tour itenary. Once this amount is paid, they will keep following up with you for more advance all the time.
If you realise that you have been scammed and if request for a refund they will send you the terms and conditions document which would say that advance is non refundable and if you want you can go ahead and file a suit against them.
Normally, individuals who have spent around 10-20k would not file a suit or even travel to Delhi to get their money as they also have to find other GOOD travel agencies to plan their planned trips. This is why no one chases them and they keep making more money by scamming others.
Be ware of this scamsters and do not pay any advance to them.
