I request all to never come in contract/aggrement with "all india typing job". They trap innocent people by the name of work from home. And ask for your id card and some necessary details. After which they will make an aggrement digitally and will ask to sign that digitally too. And after 7 days they will send you legal notice to transfer huge amount in the name of error in your work that you have done no matter your work is correct or not. This is there trap to charge money by putting pressure legally. Please never come in such contracts. Just file an fir against them as i did to get my money back.
And now they filed a case against me with the help of advocate abhishek mishra. Now help me how to tackle with this.
