Allaince Air — Cancellation of flight Diu to mumbai

I am writing to bring to your attention the distressing experience my mother, Renuka Muchhala, aged 69, went through due to the consecutive cancellations of her flight bookings with Alliance Air.

On 30th June 2024, my mother had originally booked a ticket from Diu to Mumbai for a flight scheduled at 16:50. Unfortunately, she was informed of the cancellation of the flight at 1 pm on the same day. Subsequently, we requested a rescheduling for 1st July 2024.

To our dismay, on 1st July also at 1 pm, my mother received another call notifying her that the flight scheduled for that day was cancelled as well. This situation has caused immense harassment for her as she is currently staying at a relative's place, and these repeated cancellations have inconvenienced not only her but also the relatives hosting her.

We are deeply concerned as there is uncertainty regarding whether the flight on 2nd July will operate as scheduled or face cancellation again. Such repeated disruptions have put my mother in a difficult situation.

I urge you to address this matter urgently and provide clarity on the upcoming flights to ensure the convenience and peace of mind of passengers like my mother. Your prompt action in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My mother resides in Bombay and is eagerly awaiting a swift resolution to this distressing ordeal.
