Allen — Behavior of front office staff- Tushar & Sayali are not good

Allen Institute- Hadapsar, Pune

Yesterday, on 9th July I paid 1500/- for Olympiad exam for different exam types, mistakenly I forget to check my holiday plan in November and paid for one exam International Reasoning & Aptitude Olympiad (iRAO). They took this fee from us in 4 months in advance. Now I am asking for cancel this registration for only 1 exam and rest keep the same.

But they are ignoring the cancel and not refunding the fee for the same exam. I don't understand why they are taking fees in 4 months in advance.

I would request please return my registration fee for only 1 exam-iRAO.

Behavior of front office staff- Tushar & Sayali are not good. They are not supporting and ignoring the request on the front.
