I called for service after online search on 10 november 2023. Technician came to check the hob . He asked me water and while i gave him water till then he opened the gas hob and showed me that there are gas leakage. i had doubt but i didnot have any knowledge about the technicalities so i let them repair. He changed all the 5 filters and 2 gas valve. he quoted 1250 for each filter and 2500 for each valve. i was shocked. but i did not argue and paid him 12k. He said he will give the bill once he reached the office and give the detail of the parts. The same day my gas again showed some issues. I called them to send technician as they said they will give free service. I am calling them after that but they are not picking my call. after so many calls they picked and assured me to send me a technician. but they are not sending any. I checked that the part they replaced are very cheap and they quoted a high price almost 15 times the original price My money is duped but I want to make sure that they wont do the same with others. Its my fault that I did not double check the site and never thought that I will be a victim of scam.
