Alliance University Bangalore — refund of admission fee

I have applied for mba in alliance university and paid a sum of rs.50, 000 as admission fee. Due to some problem i have cancelled my admission and asked for the refund, they said they have started the refund process but haven't responded to me in 9 months.
I have sent all the documents and now they are not even lifting the call.
