Alliance University — Refund of my advance admission fees

I had attended alliance university's mba admission process in bangalore and got selected. They asked us to pay rs 50, 000 as token money for seat confirmation and assured us of refund if we withdraw seat in 15 days. Later, i surrendered my seat. I have been calling them continuously since january but they are postponing it. Its been more that 6 months and no sign of refund. Please follow up, take action against alliance college and resolve the issue.
