I was told by representative( Mr. Vikram Sharma, Contact No-[protected]) below offers
1. I will receive 4000 medicine vouchers in welcome kit,
I recieved my welcome kit but didnt recieve any medicines vouchers.
2. I will recieve BP or sugar machine(which one I will choose), I gave choice for BP machine but received nothing.
3. I will get 25 % discount/reimbursement on all medicines without any condition and additional to any offer. - I requested for reimbursement and got less than 10% discount.
4. I requested for wallet withdrawn request on 21 Dec, 2023 but still the amount is not credited in my account.
Their representative Mr. Vikram Sharma is neither picking my call.
I requested to cancel my plan and provide my full reimbursement as per commitment but no response for that also.
