We have taken 2 year family plan from this company. But they cancelled 10 service requests of reimbursements in a queue with no justifications. We had submitted all verified OPD doctor bills from Fortis & from local area doctors / hospitals. On asking justification we did not get any reply.
All in all they have not delivered what they sold as their product & services. Seems this is a fake company with fake employees. Was this information helpful? |
