Allindiapackersmovers.com — used my mattress during hold period when household was in godown

I booked through Www.allindiapackermover.com for my household goods shifting from nagpur to pune. The packing and staff behave was good. Even the owner was also good, he managed to hold my goods at godown as per my convenience. But when i received my goods at pune i found that my king size matress has been used by driver or their labour, i don't know. Also the matress was smelling bad like some dead rat or so much smells that could not able to put that matress inside room. So kept in balcony and called professional matress cleaner to clean that, which will cost me 1200. Its really worst experience i had.
