Called in to file a claim because someone that is insured with them hit my car while changing lanes. Christina in kentucky yelled and at me for asking questions and "confusing the crap out of everyone involved." i was made to feel like i was not cooperating or lying because i asked why certain information was needed. She repeatedly said it was my word against their insured and they needed to know that i had insurance before they would even investigate.
