Alma Fashions Chennai — dress items not delivered

I have ordered few dress items online by whatsap through this person mr george wellesly mobile no. +[protected]

He didnt deliver all items which i paid in full in advance and delivered few items only till now and out of the items received i noticed the material and design was not as same as shown in picture and also it was of poor quality. I complained to him immediy and he just promised to do something but never bothers to resolve my issue

I asked for refund of the items not delivered but hes not updating on the refund after 1 week also he doesn’t reply on the refund.

Pls help me on this
