Alp Consulting — Salary processing huge delay

I joined alp consulting in September 2022 and received my first salary on 23 November 2022. I asked them October salary processing in December may I know why this is happening frequently timesheet is already approved for october by client. There is 2 month gap in between. Before offer release they must tell me all these things. And now they are not receiving my calls. Please don't join this company as everyone have family and need salary on time . This is fraud company
