Ould’ve given 0 stars if it was possible. First few months went quite good. Faced some issues then also which they listened tried to help but no solution which costed me around ₹4399 and the mistake was from the courier company. Then I started facing more issues. Wrong dimensions came into weight discrepancy which I also uploaded proof of and they accepted it but I did not get the refund of the negative balance which they eventually deducted from my COD Remittences. The customer support IS SOOO BAD THEY ARE OF NO HELP. Specially ABHISHEK. I’ve raised to many tickets but the reply time is sooo late and most of the times I don’t even get the reply.
