Alpfly pvt. Ltd. Is a company who claims that they will provide a unique travel solutions. They are dealing in air travel packages through their various plans. I have seen the advertisement at internet and attracts towards it lucrative plans. I talked to its executive mr. Vinay mukamia and after getting my various clarification resolved, i have decided to buy its star plan. On 05- oct-2017 i have made a payment of rs. 31999/ (Reference no. : 60165). After my purchase i have booked a ticket from tuticorin to delhi, but i am surprised to hear from its booking agent on 13-oct-2017 that i will have only one option from madurai to delhi via hyderabad and also time of travel is too much. Than instant i have decided to cancel my plan and i have conveyed the same to this executive.
As per cancellation policy i am able to get 90% of money if i will cancel my plan within 21 days of purchase. I have dropped an email on 13 oct 2017 regarding the cancellation and on 16 oct 2017 i have got reply to share the reason for cancellation. I have shared my concerned. After that i am talking to their customer care executive and dropping the email, but they have not cancelled the plan and not refunded my money yet. Every time they are postponing my request.
I am working with bhel and currently i am posted at tuticorin (Tamilnadu). I am too much far away from the alpfly office and it is not possible for me to chase up them personally. I am mentally disturbed by their unethical and unprofessional behaviour.
Hence, you are requested to kindly look into this matter and forced them to return my money at the earliest.
