Alpha Bms — contract termination

This is rajesh from chennai. I had send mail to terminate the contract one month back as advised by one of the justdial executives. But, since there is 2 days to complete 1 month from the date of mail now they are saying it is needed to give notice 3 months back. When i asked to share/listen the recording which is in voice logger they are refused. But when we talk anything releated to payment/keywords removal non updation they are ready to play the recording during that time. How come it is possible for that? Where was the restrictions gone? They are making fool to us. They are ready to do any kind of cheating activities for their incentives/increments.. This should be stopped. They have clearly mentioned in google in justdial page that it is necessary to give 30 days prior notice for contract termination. Now who is lying? Either google or justdial? I[censored] have enough guts answer my query.
