my Tata DoCoMo number [protected] under Karnataka circle is activated the do not disturb (DND) service. I have been charged ₹99 in the name o[censored]sing internet at first. But i have my own 3G internet pack data in this number. So i tried to call Tata DoCoMo customer care 121 and check my last three deduction but it tells there is no balance deduction from my number. After that i got a message telling I have subscribed to a pack of ₹99 for 30 days. I have already had the DND service then how can it be possible. After that i dial 121 and check the subscription but it tells no subscription as my number is DND activated. I call customer care and try to talk but never responded. I try to call and talk the customer care many time around 10 times but never responded. This Tata DoCoMo is trying to steal from the customer in the name of mobile network. Please do something to get my balance back. The deducted amount of ₹99 is first told for using inherent, after that changed to a subscription reason again after that as this number is DND activated they avoid responding my complain. Please take necessary action against this.

vary vary bad services from reliance customer care they has no't know how to activate amazing facts.i call to call center somy time *333; they activeted wrong pack.sir i am calling since one month back but the problem was not handle.what is the reason.after that i dial 198 and asked to avtivate amazing facts but activated wrong pack.and these was continious.but not this only they give me wrong procedure.please do needfull.
