Altaraxr Labs — Deficiency in Service, Refund and Compensation

I engaged this service provider for multiple business registration services, including LLP incorporation, GST registration, and Startup India (DPIIT) registration, after relying on its advertised commitments of fast, on-time, and professional service. The LLP incorporation itself took approximately three months to complete, far longer than reasonably expected. Even after that, I continued to face unnecessary delays, incomplete information, and a lack of coordination in completing the remaining formalities. Despite repeated follow-ups, the GST and DPIIT registration services remained pending, and the LLP Agreement (Form 3) was not filed, resulting in statutory late filing fees. After months of waiting, I formally informed the company in writing on 1 July that I was withdrawing all pending services and seeking a full refund and compensation for the deficiency in service. I also made it clear that I would not continue with the remaining services through them. However, despite acknowledging my communication, the company has yet to provide any substantive response or resolution. As the matter remains unresolved, I am pursuing remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
