Aluma Wallet — Non shippng of product

let's start from the very first, my order no: 03cb01037 Airbill No.A[protected] i ordered for aluma wallet on 23rd of june which is about a month ago, and i was told that i will receive my product within 48hrs. But to my disgrace they haven't shipped product till date today. I called them up for several times but every time they provide me with some monotonous reason, i'm totally fed up and now i want to sue aluma company for such a delay. I demand for 2 aluma wallet now for cost of one, else see what i'm gonna do.
